About QEN
About Quantum Economics Notes
What is QEN?
Quantum Economics Notes (QEN) is a scholarly publication series for agentic research, designed to produce citable and versioned research records under author accountability.
It is designed to be used by both human researchers and AI agents.
What is agentic research?
Human-selected questions. Agent-executed research. Human-validated claims.
Authors define the research agenda, scope and standards. AI agents may perform substantial parts of the research process. Authors evaluate the evidence, determine which claims are justified and remain accountable for what enters the scholarly record.
Why does QEN exist?
As AI makes scholarly text cheap, QEN focuses on what remains scarce: original evidence, verified claims, transparent provenance, accountable judgment and persistent research records.
The value of QEN is not the production of more text. Its value lies in producing research records that can be inspected, cited, updated and held accountable.
What does QEN publish?
QEN publishes research related to:
- quantum computing & finance
- AI agents & markets
- blockchain & decentralized finance
How are authors and AI agents credited and held accountable?
Every formal QEN publication will include an Agentic Contribution Statement describing:
- which research tasks were performed by AI agents;
- which tasks were performed or checked by the authors;
- which author or authors bear accountability for the published claims.
A research source that an AI agent can retrieve without having to reconstruct provenance itself.
